Founded by a Grassroots Son of Bharat
Netaji Digital is led by Capt. Pushpit Pallav Sharma, a first-generation entrepreneur from a humble village background in Bihar. His father worked as a driver and the family never had political or business godfathers — only discipline, struggle and self-belief.
From a village school where dreaming of IIT or Netarhat felt out of reach, he went on to study at Netarhat Residential School, qualified IIT-JEE, pursued marine engineering, and later completed his MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management, Singapore. Nearly 20 years across global shipping, trade, commodities, operations and technology followed.
As a non-technical founder, he later built AI-led enterprise software in the maritime sector and received recognition through Startup India, Microsoft for Startups support, and maritime innovation initiatives.
Having lived through governance shifts — from earlier Congress-era rural India to today's Bharat — he has seen how systems at the village and block level actually change. That ground reality, combined with global business discipline, is why Netaji Digital is not just another social media agency. It is a public communication system built by someone who has seen rural Bharat from the ground and technology from the global level.
